Welcome to elestii.com ("elestii," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products from elestii.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using our Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

1. About Us

Elestii is an online retail store registered and operating in Delhi, India. We currently ship products only within India.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

3. Products

We make every effort to display product details, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, size, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen display settings.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit the quantity of any product at any time without prior notice.
Prices for products are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s), which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
We accept full prepayment through the payment methods available on the Site, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders and locations.
COD orders may be subject to additional verification (such as a confirmation call or OTP verification) before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel a COD order or restrict COD availability for certain pin codes, order values, or customers at our discretion.
In the event of a cancelled order after prepayment, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame.

5. Order Cancellation

Before shipment: You may cancel your order, free of charge, at any time before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@elestii.com with your order number as soon as possible.
After shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you may decline delivery, or raise a return request after delivery if the item arrives defective, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellations by Elestii: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, due to product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or COD orders that fail verification. If we cancel an order, you will be notified, and any prepaid amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refund timeline for cancellations: Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days of cancellation. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

6. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses across India only.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy strictly for items received in a defective or damaged condition.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the "elestii" brand name and design, is the property of Elestii or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. 9. User Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elestii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or products purchased from it. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
